Mission
To share the freeing experience of longboarding around Miami Beach with a PAK of like-minded people. To build new relationships with a supportive community. To empower each other by teaching, learning new skills, and overcoming challenges To organize awesome events. To promote an active lifestyle. To connect with our inner child, our body, and nature in a wicked rad way. To provide a space where you can laugh and feel free to be yourself.
weekly group Skates
We meet every Thursday at 7pm on the Miami Beach, Beach Walk at 5th and Ocean. We usually skate down to South Pointe, hit The Hill, then finish up at the Bass Museum. All levels and all wheels are welcome! If your friends don't skate they can rent a Citi-bike at the Meet-up spot or roll with us on a mode of transportation of their choosing. If you're a beginner, no problem! We make frequent pit-stops to socialize so you can catch up!
History
The Miami Beach SK8PAK was founded in 2018 by Marta Worwag with the vision of sharing the unique experience of longboarding as a group.
